1. Core Privacy Notice
Account, profile, transaction and service-use information.
We collect information you provide to create an account, use a feature, make a purchase, join a club or contact us. We also receive device, security and interaction information needed to operate and protect the service.
We use information to deliver requested services, maintain accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, support users and improve approved experiences. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information.
2. Biometric, Voice & Likeness Notice
Special handling for recordings and identity source material.
Voice recordings, likeness assets and derived models are processed only for an authorized purpose and subject to the applicable consent or agreement. Depending on where you live, some of this material may be regulated as biometric or sensitive information.
Authorization is scoped to approved uses. A voice or likeness authorization for one experience does not automatically authorize another. Retention, review, revocation and deletion may depend on law, active agreements, fraud prevention and technical backup cycles.
3. AI Identity Rights Notice
Control over voice, knowledge, likeness and guardrails.
Licensed AI identities are grounded in authorized source material and governed by defined topics, tone, permissions and blocked areas. Identity owners or authorized representatives can review available controls, pause supported experiences and request revocation under their agreement.
Generated content may be synthetic and may not represent a new statement by the person whose identity is licensed. Ownership and commercial rights are determined by applicable law and the governing agreement, not by this summary.
4. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Requests to know, access, correct, delete or appeal where applicable.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, limit use of sensitive information or appeal a denied request.
Rights and exceptions vary by state. We verify requests and may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm identity or authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.
5. International Privacy Rights
Regional access, correction, objection and complaint rights.
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive portable data or complain to a local authority.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Available safeguards, lawful bases and response periods depend on the relevant service, location and law. Contact us for information specific to your request.
6. AI Transparency Notice
How synthetic experiences and automated systems are presented.
SuperAthlete.ai experiences may generate synthetic voice, text, images or recommendations. We aim to identify AI experiences and attach provenance or context where supported so people are not led to believe they are communicating directly with the licensed person.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Guardrails reduce risk but do not guarantee that every output will be correct or appropriate.
7. Minors & NIL Notice
Additional authorization for youth and name-image-likeness uses.
SuperAthlete.ai accounts and AI identity authorization are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or activate an AI identity belonging to, anyone under 18 through self-serve sign-up.
Any use involving a minor's name, image, likeness or voice requires the separate written authorization of a parent, guardian, school, league or other authorized party and is handled outside self-serve flows. NIL rights vary by jurisdiction, institution and contract, and participation does not override eligibility rules, representation agreements or third-party rights. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact privacy@nextgentm.com and we will act promptly.
8. Retention & Deletion Notice
A staged request process for account and identity data.
We retain information for the period needed to provide services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and maintain security. Different records have different retention periods; we do not promise a universal deletion deadline.
Deletion requests follow the staged process below. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, for security and transaction records, or in time-limited backups.
