An expert academy. One bounded workflow.
Prospective deployment partners are expert-led sports academies and training organizations. The target buyer is the academy or organization owner; its enterprise data/security owner would co-approve controls. The proposed workflow lets an authorized expert answer from approved material in a selected language, route out-of-scope advice to a human and share only permitted records with an approved recipient.

The existing partner-data export-control demonstration is the technical test slice of this workflow—not a production gateway. Expand to enterprise learning and knowledge deployment after paid repeatability; physical adapters follow only after adapter and safety gates.

Native model, platform and security tools already provide many controls. Compare against base-model descriptions with retrieval, native gateway controls and policy-engine baselines; culture is not a safety guarantee.
