Agreement to Terms
By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service governing your use of SuperPlay, AI Agent Studio, Voice AI, and all related services.
AI Voice Cloning
Athletes grant a platform license to create and deploy AI voice clones. Athletes retain full ownership of their voice IP and can revoke consent at any time.
AI Token Economy
Tokens are earned through streaks, predictions, and rewards. They can be purchased via Stripe. Tokens are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-withdrawable.
Revenue Sharing
Athletes receive 75% of all revenue generated through fan interactions with their AI IP. The platform retains 25%. Athletes pay nothing to participate on the platform.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content violating community guidelines. Athletes can set guardrails to control their AI agent's topic boundaries.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology including NextGenTM Identity Infrastructure is owned by NextGenTM, Inc. Athletes retain full ownership of their likeness, voice, and personal brand identity.
Key Definitions
- AI Agent: An autonomous AI representation of an athlete, powered by their cloned voice and knowledge.
- SuperPlay: The interactive AI sports entertainment feed with moments, predictions, and reactions.
- AI Tokens: Platform digital currency used for premium interactions, tipping, and content remixing.
- Voice Clone: An AI-generated voice model created from an athlete's original voice recording sample.
Prohibited Conduct
- •Use the platform for any unlawful purposes
- •Manipulate AI agents to produce harmful content
- •Create misleading content impersonating people
- •Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
- •Harass, abuse, or threaten any other platform users
